In January of 2002 a sample of a proposed Reunion Interview Form was emailed to Texas from Whatcom County. The Interview Form was then added to the Reunion section of the Slotemaker Website. The creator of the website had no opinion one way or the other as to the value of this Interview or of the degree to which people would want to fill it out. Throughout the discussions of July 27 it was indicated that this was to be part of the Reunion Registration process to take place at the Reunion Registration Desk. However, this did not occur. Now if anyone would like to fill out the following slightly altered version (altered by being made into an Internet Interview Form), just fill in whatever you feel like answering and hit the 'submit' button at the bottom.

If a number of these come in and if they seem as if they might be of interest they will be added to the website. If you prefer to be anonymous indicate that preference and your name will be left off the version that may be shared.

from this point on the following is the Interview form which was sent to Texas....

Thank you for your time. Please return this form to the registration desk.
