It is very easy to find the Fort Worth Nature Center. 

Find your way to NW Loop 820 and take the Jacksboro Highway exit to Lake Worth. Head northwest on the Jacksboro Highway for about 4 miles. 

You will see signs for the Nature Center on your left.
